After successful registration to our Vendor e-Registration system, your profile can be accessed by our internal users and procurement department, who will directly contact you, should your profile matches with the requirements of the procurement with an estimated value within USD 1,000,000 per contract/order, where the pre-qualification is not required.
Please note that we will require you to update your crucial information in our system every year, especially for financial information, contact person, business profile, etc. Within 3 years from the date of successful registration, if you do not have a business with PTTEP and your profile has not been updated during the aforementioned period, your registration will be automatically removed from the system.
For the contract/order with the value more than USD 1,000,000 the vendor has to pass the pre-qualification process to be the PTTEP qualified vendor in our Vendor Management System (VMS).
Vendors who have capabilities and experiences related to the announced Master Procurement Plan (MPP) and would like to participate in bidding or propose quotations should contact our category and vendor management officers of your related categories of expertise, for at least 2 months prior to the tender plan date. Category and vendor management officers will consider your profile together with the bidding strategy in selection of Vendors for further pre-qualification process.

Subject to the business requirements, PTTEP reserves the right to select only suitable Vendors for pre-qualification and does not warrant that the pre-qualified Vendors will automatically be invited for bidding activities.
